AI-enabled project controls solutions for mission-critical projects

An AI-first consultancy for semiconductor, pharma, data-centre and infrastructure programmes. Choose your door.

The AI-first difference

AI runs the process. People make the decisions.

Before we take on any task, we ask whether AI can do it. If it can, we build it and our people oversee it. What AI never does here is make the final call: candidate meetings, client meetings and every recommendation come from our own team, in person.

From the CEO

I spent 15 years on mission-critical projects, on the contractor side and then client side, and I have seen exactly what a slipped schedule costs. ROCWAN is built AI-first because of it. Before we take on any task we ask one question: can AI do it? If it can, we build it, and our people oversee it. AI runs our research, our matching, our operations. Our clients get the same systems we run ourselves. What AI never does here is make the final call: every assessment, every recommendation, every decision about a person is made by a person. Our job is to direct that work and to stand behind it. That is the company we are building.
