- The Irish infrastructure build map: what is funded, what is approved, and what is actually being built Ireland has committed EUR 275.4 billion to 2035 and rewritten how the work gets approved. The money is settled. What is scarce is the capability to convert it into built output, and the State has published the arithmetic that proves it.
- The global mission-critical build map: what is going up, where, and what comes next We scored 197 geographies across data centres, semiconductor, pharma and life sciences and energy, then mapped what is under construction against what is already committed. Here is what the pattern shows.
What we publish, and what we do not
We write about two things: the sectors we work in, and how we use AI inside our own business and inside the systems we build for clients. Both are subjects we have to be right about, so the research behind them is real work rather than marketing.
We do not teach AI in general and we do not sell it as a subject. There are better places for that. What we can show you is what AI does in a semiconductor, pharma, data-centre or infrastructure programme, what it does inside a consultancy that runs on it, and where it stops.

You are asking us to email you each new Market Insights article as it is published. We use your address for that and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send, or by writing to info@rocwan.com, and our privacy notice sets out what we store.
Thank you. We will email you each new Market Insights article as it is published.
That did not save. Email info@rocwan.com and we will add you by hand.
The research is not separate from the work
The same map that decides what we publish decides where we build our resource pool, which sectors we track and which programmes we are ready for before the call comes.
