Custom AI, built for the clients we already serve
We design and build bespoke AI solutions for mission-critical project clients: workflow automation, analysis pipelines and purpose-built tools. The same team that runs our own AI-first operation builds for you, and everything is delivered with security at the forefront.
What we build
Our builds fall into three categories: automation of repeatable workflows, analysis over the data a project already produces, and bespoke tools where nothing off the shelf fits. Every engagement starts from a business problem, never from a technology looking for one.
We do more than orchestrate existing tools and public models: where a client requires it we supply the hardware and build custom models trained in-house on the client's own servers, so the data is processed in-house and never goes to the cloud or to any big-name provider.
Security and data control
Your data, under your rules
The clients we serve run billion-euro programmes, so the first question about AI is never capability, it is exposure. We design for that question from day one and put the answer in writing before any build starts: where data lives, who can see it, and what the system may never do.
- Data-handling terms agreed in writing before work begins
- Least-privilege access and per-engagement segregation
- Data residency set to suit you: the EU or the United States depending on where you operate, and other requirements explored on request
- Human review points designed into every automated flow
How an engagement runs
Ten stages from first meeting to a system that keeps getting better. Most engagements end in a loop, not a handover: we run, maintain and improve what we build. If you would rather own it outright, we hand over instead.
Ten stages, two endings. Hover or tap a stage for what happens there.
- Stage 01 · Meet
We meet you and your team. No deck, no pitch: we want to understand the operation before we talk about technology.
- Stage 02 · First consultation
What do you actually need: assessment time cut, cost out of a workflow, output lifted? We agree what success would look like in numbers you already track.
- Stage 03 · Requirements
High-level requirements captured and played back to you in plain language, so both sides know what is in scope before any data moves.
- Stage 04 · Sample data
You share a representative slice of data under agreed handling terms. Enough to design against, never more than the problem needs.
- Stage 05 · Experts confirmed
We confirm we hold senior expert resources in your area before going further. If we are not the right team, we say so here.
- Stage 06 · Analysis
Our development team analyses the sample data and identifies the solution options that would genuinely pay for themselves.
- Stage 07 · Options presented
You see the realistic options side by side, including managed AI platforms with no-training guarantees versus a fully local build where data never leaves your organisation.
- Stage 08 · Go-ahead
Scope, security terms, delivery model and success measures agreed in writing. Nothing is built before this line is signed.
- Stage 09 · Build and test
Build, test against your real material, improve, finalise. You see working software early and often, not a reveal at the end.
- Stage 10 · Run, maintain, improve
The engagement becomes a loop: your feedback feeds iteration, iteration brings new features, and every cycle gains speed, output quality and better models. We do not build and walk away.
- Feedback
- Iterate
- New features
- Better speed, output and models
We build it, you own it. Not every client wants us to keep running the system. Once it is built and tested, we can finalise it, document it and hand it over to your own team, with the training to run it yourselves.
Built for mission-critical projects
Mission-critical programmes fail on people before they fail on plant. Our answer works two ways: the right experienced professionals in the roles that carry schedule and cost, and AI that catches errors earlier and lifts what the team already on the ground can deliver. Most clients end up using both.
AI runs the process. People make the decisions.
The same boundary governs our own recruitment work: interpersonal stays interpersonal. AI tracks notes, databases and meetings, and analyses. Candidate meetings, client meetings and the final assessment are done by people, and the recommendation to the client always comes from an individual.
