How we work a requirement

Every requirement starts in-house. Our platform first analyses the people we have already interviewed and screened into our database, and ROCWAN contractors finishing an assignment and looking for their next mission-critical project. Only after that do we extend into the broader landscape, so the first decision is an informed one: use who is already available to us, or widen the search. From there the process is conventional and disciplined, and our team makes every judgement call. You deal with one accountable person from brief to start on site, and you see reasoning, not just CVs.

Brief

A working session on the role or the whole team, the project phase and what failure would cost. Where a brief understates the risk, we say so.

Search

We start with our own people and our own data, then extend into the wider landscape where the right resource is not already available to us.

Assess

Interviews and reference conversations are done by our team. The final assessment and the recommendation always carry the name of the person who made them.

Deliver

A short, screened shortlist, or a complete team, with the trade-offs stated plainly, then support through offer, notice and mobilisation.
