What happens after you register
Registering is simple: one short form, under a minute. Someone from our team reads what you send, and if there is a plausible match with a live role or project we jump on a call to talk through your preferences before anything goes anywhere. And even without a live match today, with your consent we keep your details and match you to roles as they open. The goal is a working relationship with us, not one transaction.

Someone from our team calls to understand what you actually want next: the work, the locations, the shape of the package you are targeting. We have both worked as contractors ourselves, so we listen instead of selling.
Match
We record what matters to you once and keep it. Our platform tracks it as roles and projects move, and when something genuinely fits you hear from a person.
Decide
You stay in control: nothing is submitted to a client without your say-so, and no is always an acceptable answer.
What we ask, and what we never ask
Your discipline and experience, the sectors and locations that suit you, and the package band you’re targeting. One thing we will never ask is what you’re currently paid – your next package should be set by what the role is worth, not by what your last one paid.
Our AI finds the best-match role for you. Then people take over: every assessment and every recommendation to a client is made by someone on our team who has spoken with you.
Register your interest
Send us the basics and we take it from there. Your details go to our careers mailbox, are handled under our privacy notice, and are kept only with your consent. Attaching a CV is optional.
We keep candidate register-interest details for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them or ask you to renew. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing careers@rocwan.com.
