Two tests, and an entry has to pass both. It has to be something we actually did, not something we intend to do. And it has to be worth reading even if you never work with us.
In practice that means the systems we build and run on ourselves, the people who join and what they will be working on, and the decisions we got wrong and corrected. What it does not mean is announcements about announcements.
